We are a State Commissioned and NNA certified Notary Service, which means that we are authorized by the state to perform notarial acts. We adhere to all of the state's guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all of our notarizations are legal and binding.
In addition to standard notarial acts such as acknowledgments and jurats, Notary Me Notary Services also specializes in more complex notarial acts such as loan signings. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle your needs.

Your Identification is required to verify your identity and to ensure you’re acting of your own free will.

A seal and Signature will be affixed onto the notarial certificate and a recording of the notarization will be kept.

- Per the State of Virginia each Notarial Act is $5 per stamp.
- For mobile convenience, a Travel or Convenience fee will apply.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. (Rescheduling or 50% refund is optional per our cancellation policy guidelines).
- All deposits will be applied to the total cost of the notary service upon completion.

Cancellation & Refund policy
At Notary Me Notary Services, we value your time and strive to provide efficient and reliable notary services. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, please read the following:
Appointment Deposit:
When scheduling your Mobile Notary appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your desired time slot. Deposits are non-refundable, but eligible for reschedule per cancellation policy guidelines. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service upon completion. The deposit must be paid in order to book your service. The appointment will be confirmed upon a call/notification follow up from your Notary Public, following your appointment request.
Cancellations & No Shows
Notification of Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to qualify to reschedule and optimize your non-refundable deposit. One (1) reschedule is allotted per non-refundable deposit. Rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original scheduled appointment in order to utilize your non-refundable deposit. Failure to comply/communicate could result in forfeiting the use of your non-refundable deposit. For same day appointments, we kindly request that appointments are cancelled 3 hours in advance to utilize appointment rescheduling. If scheduled services are no longer needed and you have properly notified Notary Me Notary Services during the specified time frame, you may be eligible to receive 50% refund of the non-refundable deposit. However, the Notary utilizes the right to forfeit a reschedule if he/she is in route.

No-Shows:
A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hour notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for a no-show or less than 24 hour cancellation, strongly targeting, if the Notary is in route. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we ask that you please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Refunds
All notary services, once provided, may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. These services include but are not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have been executed and finalized. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for notary services that have not yet been rendered.
Refundable Circumstances:
1) Appointment Cancellation: If you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation (3 hour notice for same day appointments), any payment made in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be eligible for a refund. Non- refundable deposits are only eligible for a 50% refund if the client follows the requested cancellation notice guidelines and services are no longer needed for rescheduling.
2) Service Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue on our end, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.
Refund Request:
Refund requests must be submitted via email at swgrayson@nmnotaryservices.com within 14 days from the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that the timeframe for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
